RFP #CSD 18-02 Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) Team for the S.G Nesbitt Memorial Arena and Community Centre
Please note the following requirements as detailed in the proposal document:
- Appendix “Q” of the proposal document has been provided as a separate attachment in the email.
- A site visit is a mandatory requirement of the proposal and may be scheduled by contacting Mark Coleman, Director of Community Services directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or 705-286-1936 ext. 201.
- There is a Presentation/Interview component for shortlisted proponents and is scheduled for July 12th, times to be determined.
- There is a separate opening for the Cost Summary scheduled for July 12th at 4:00 pm.
- Deadline for submissions is July 9, 2018 on or before 11:00 AM.
- A public opening will be held July 9, 2018 at 11:30 AM in the Administration Office, 2nd floor Boardroom, 7 Milne Street Minden.
