We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist our Team and Clients by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, maintaining and updating our database, spearheading our marketing and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.  Prior administrative experience is a must.

Candidates must be proficient in and have:

  • Excellent computer skills, especially Email l(word, excel and database programs).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with digital, print, social media and direct mail advertising.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  • Proficient in database management.

*Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is desirable
